Private Jet Coach was born from experience, not theory.
After more than 20 years in aviation across commercial airlines, business aviation, freelance VIP operations and cabin recruitment, I created PJC to answer a very specific gap:
the lack of structured, realistic preparation for life inside a private jet.
Business aviation is not simply “more luxury”.
It is a different logic, a different rhythm, and a different professional identity.
My Background, In Brief
I began my career in commercial aviation in Europe and later flew long-haul with Emirates Airline, gaining exposure to high-standard service in complex, multicultural environments.
In 2015, I transitioned into business aviation as a VIP Flight Attendant, working across multiple fleets, operators and operational models, often as a freelancer.
Alongside flying, I worked in cabin crew recruitment and evaluation, gaining a clear view of what operators actually look for, beyond what is written in job descriptions.
This combination, operations, HR, freelancing and training, is what shapes the PJC approach today.
Why Private Jet Coach Exists
Private Jet Coach is not about shortcuts, promises or placement.
It exists to provide:
• Clarity before confusion
• Structure where the industry is opaque
• Standards that are applicable, not aspirational
• Confidence built on preparation, not performance
I work primarily one-to-one, because this industry is personal, nuanced and highly individual.
PJC is not a school.
It is a professional ecosystem designed to support long-term growth.
My Role
I am not here to “sell a dream”.
I am here to:
• Teach you how the industry actually works
• Help you build professional awareness and autonomy
• Challenge habits that don’t serve you
• Support you as you navigate a complex, competitive market
If you are looking for clarity, depth and realism, you are in the right place.
